These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the phlagu platform, including all games, account features, deposits, withdrawals, and promotions. Please read carefully before using any phlagu service.
Important Notice: By accessing or using the phlagu platform (phlagu.club), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. phlagu operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Access to and use of the phlagu Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and phlagu.
Your acceptance is further affirmed each time you log in to your phlagu account, make a deposit, claim a promotion, or participate in any Game. If phlagu updates these Terms, continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
⚠ Age Restriction: The phlagu Platform is strictly for users 21 years of age and older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. Any use of the Platform by a person under 21 is a violation of these Terms and Philippine law.
To register and maintain an account on phlagu, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
To create a phlagu account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
All phlagu accounts must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before deposits, withdrawals, and full lobby access are enabled. Accepted Philippine identification documents for KYC include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license issued by LTO, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, voter's ID, or a valid Philippine passport. Age and identity must be verified. phlagu reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Each person may hold only one active phlagu account. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, with balances subject to review. Promotions claimed across multiple accounts by the same individual will be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlagu login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. phlagu will never ask you to disclose your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as authorized by you. You must notify phlagu immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and email address — accurate and up to date. phlagu uses your registered mobile number as the primary channel for OTP verification and account recovery. phlagu is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. phlagu reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts, subject to applicable regulatory guidelines. You will receive prior notice before any inactivity fee is applied. Real-money balances in inactive accounts are not forfeited but may be subject to processing steps to access after extended inactivity.
phlagu currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. phlagu reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time. All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification tier and the payment method used. VIP accounts may have higher limits as communicated individually.
Withdrawal requests are processed by phlagu upon submission by the account holder. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 10–15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day. phlagu does not charge withdrawal fees from its side, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
All funds deposited into your phlagu account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. phlagu may require documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds as part of anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
phlagu is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended, and all related PAGCOR directives. Suspicious transaction reporting, enhanced due diligence, and cooperation with AMLC investigations are mandatory obligations that phlagu fulfills as a PAGCOR-licensed operator. Accounts identified as involved in money laundering activity will be suspended and referred to relevant authorities.
Player Protection: phlagu holds all player funds in segregated accounts, separate from the Company's operational capital. This means your PHP balance is protected regardless of the Company's financial position, consistent with PAGCOR-mandated player fund protection requirements.
phlagu offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are displayed at the point of offer and within the Promotions section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be bet using bonus funds before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiple for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit, after which uncompleted bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account.
phlagu reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it reasonably determines that promotional offers have been abused. Indicators of promotional abuse include, but are not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and collusion between accounts to transfer bonus value.
All promotions are available to players 21 years of age and older who have completed KYC verification. phlagu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not materially and adversely affect bonus funds already credited to player accounts.
All games on the phlagu Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, Color Game, and sabong — operate under published rules. Slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generation systems that have been independently audited for statistical fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time, streamed from certified studio environments.
In the event of a system malfunction, game error, or communication failure that affects a game round, phlagu reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes placed to the player's account. Winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioned game round may be withheld pending investigation. phlagu will communicate the outcome of such investigations to affected players.
If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with phlagu support within 72 hours of the disputed event. phlagu will investigate using server-side logs and video records (for live dealer games). The outcome of the phlagu investigation is final unless escalated to PAGCOR through the appropriate player dispute resolution process.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phlagu Platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

All content on the phlagu Platform — including but not limited to the phlagu brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to phlagu and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as a registered player. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phlagu content without prior written permission from phlagu.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlagu's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your phlagu account at the time the claim arises.
phlagu shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, even if phlagu has been advised of the possibility of such damages. phlagu is not liable for losses arising from: internet or telecommunications failures outside phlagu's control; third-party payment provider delays or failures; force majeure events; or your own decision to gamble.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phlagu's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
phlagu may suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: your account has been accessed without authorization; you have violated or are suspected of violating these Terms; your account is subject to an ongoing investigation; or regulatory or legal requirements necessitate suspension.
phlagu may permanently close your account where: you have materially breached these Terms; KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; fraud or criminal activity is confirmed; or a self-exclusion request is received and verified. Where your account is terminated due to your breach, any balance may be withheld pending investigation and subject to forfeiture in cases involving fraud or money laundering.
You may request closure of your phlagu account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon account closure request, phlagu will process any remaining verified balance via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to outstanding wagering obligations and pending transaction reviews.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute between you and phlagu shall first be submitted to phlagu's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. phlagu will respond to dispute submissions within seven (7) business days. If the dispute is not resolved through internal processes, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its established player complaint channels. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines for any dispute not resolved through the above processes.
phlagu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phlagu will provide notice via the email address or mobile number registered to your account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
The updated Terms will display the revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the phlagu Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

Effective Date: These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. By using phlagu on or after this date, you agree to these Terms in full.

The Terms require all phlagu games to use independently certified RNG systems. No game goes live without passing fairness audits. You're playing on a platform where the integrity of every spin, draw, and deal is verified — not just claimed.
The 21+ age restriction isn't optional on phlagu. KYC verification with valid Philippine ID is required before full account access. The Terms make clear that underage gambling is prohibited and subject to mandatory PAGCOR reporting obligations.
